Today we had a large group of care home residents with low mobility or needing to stay in their wheelchairs, which required a taxi to and from the theatre. We had booked in advance after being told by bus companies that they couldn't accommodate our booking. The person on the phone was really helpful and made it easier than I thought (as I thought I'd need to bring my own car as well). Two taxis were available on the day, and the drivers could not have been more helpful. Tony and Tori I believe, they were so helpful, went above and beyond as they could see the mobility issues and provided lots of options of how best and safest to get residents in the best places for them. They were chatting to the residents, keeping them safe from bumping their heads and talking to them about the panto show they were about to watch. I'd never used this company before, as I didn't realise they had disabled taxis, but they will definitely be out go to from now on. Thanks
